On Monday, Jan. 13, 2020, at approximately 11:40 pm, Miami-Dade Police Department, Airport District officers, were dispatched to a call of a naked female running through the Miami International Airport (MIA) baggage claim area,’ said the Miami-Dade police statement.
‘The naked female was located at the MIA Central Plaza parking garage exit, behaving erratically. After conducting his investigation, the responding officer took her into custody and transported her to a nearby receiving facility for an involuntary examination, under the Florida Baker Act statute.’
- The woman was caught on camera walking through Miami International Airport in her blue bra and pants just before midnight, singing aloud to herself
- She then stripped nude, as bemused airport staff and passengers looked on
- Moments later, the woman was spotted sitting naked on top of a police patrol car outside the airport building, before running toward a cop
- Airport police confirmed that the female, who is not from Florida, was taken into custody for a mental evaluation
