#Lagosunrest trended for the third time in three consecutive days, after some residents of the South-West state took to Twitter to report cases of robbery perpetrated by suspected cultists and hoodlums few hours after President Buhari extended the lockdown over Coronavirus in the state.
Some of the affected places include Gowon Estate, Ejigbo, Igando, Ikotun and some other mainland communities. Residents of these communities cried out for help over the attack they were subjected to, in spite of the lockdown order issued by federal government.
Videos shared online by social media users also showed little or no police presence at the time of the attack.
